If you are in Bridgend area this Saturday, please come along. I'll be there selling my jewellery and bespoke Christmas decorations.
Last night was busy, but very successful! Thank you to everyone who came along, and also to Tina who hosted the event. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
I must also mention my two daughters who accompanied me - thank you for building the stands, creating the displays and generally supporting in any way they could.
Now I need to replenish my jewellery stock ready for the craft events this month. I shall be busy designing and creating this week!
Busy preparing for the Bridgend Feastival this weekend!
If you are in South Wales, come along and say hi - lots to see and do.
Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm
I'm all set up at the Made-it Market in St. David's Church, Neath. We are half way through the event - still time for anyone to come and visit if you are in the area!
Early on in the day, a lady bought a necklace and earrings. She went away happily and returned a little while later. She had changed her jewellery and decided to come back to show me how nice it looked! A happy customer and a lovely moment to remember! I just wish I had thought to take a photo of her wearing it!
Next saturday, I am organising and participating in another Craft and Gift Fair at Brackla Tabernacle, Bridgend. Lets just hope I don't sell all my stock today! It will be a busy week for me if I do!
I've been working hard all week and have some jewellery suitable for men. Here are 2 different types of wooden necklaces as a suggestion for Father's Day. They will be available on Saturday, 15th June at the Made-it Market, St David's Church, Neath 10am - 3pm or you can contact me direct.
Leather and wooden bracelets suitable for men
Silver plated bracelets and key ring suitable for men
I'm busy designing and making jewellery in preparation for Saturday...and new to my collection will be a selection specifically for men. If you are free on Saturday and live in South Wales, why not come along to meet me. I'm always happy to talk about my jewellery and love meeting new people.
There is nothing quite like spending a few hours sorting beads on a Saturday afternoon. Completely therapeutic. If you make jewellery yourself, you will probably understand this.
It's exciting when you see what you have... I start to visualise new designs and ways of placing beads together. Creative moments.
A tidy bead box is like having a tidy mind!
Worked on a new order today ... Shame I had to stop to cook dinner as my daughter was coming round!! Earrings, tools and beads are everywhere in the conservatory!!
